Description
- Review and moderate digital advertisements and content to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Analyze user-generated content and flag any inappropriate material for further review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective ad placements and messaging.
- Provide feedback on content quality and user engagement trends to enhance future campaigns.
- Assist in developing guidelines and training materials for content moderation processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient in problem-solving and customer service
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent English language proficiency and technical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time effectively
