Key Responsibilities

• Review text, images, videos, and other online content
• Remove or flag content that violates community guidelines or company policies
• Monitor user activity and report suspicious behavior
• Ensure content complies with legal and platform standards
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team
• Maintain accuracy and productivity targets
• Document moderation decisions and actions taken
• Stay updated on platform policies and moderation procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and comprehension skills
• Ability to handle sensitive or graphic content professionally
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
• Previous customer service, BPO, or moderation experience is an advantage but not always required
