Description
- Monitoring user-generated content on social media platforms, websites, or forums to ensure they comply with the community guidelines or company policies
- Removing or editing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Escalating severe violations to higher management for further action
- Providing feedback reports on content trends, violations, and user behavior
- Participating in team meetings to discuss content moderation strategies and updates
- Working closely with other teams like customer service and legal to address user inquiries and concerns
- Staying updated with the latest trends in digital culture to better understand user behavior
- Helping in developing and updating community guidelines and content moderation policies
Requirements
- At least SHS Graduate
- Preferably with experience in moderation, annotation or ecommerce
- Willing to accept a 1 year contact
- Amenable to work onsite
- can start asap
