·       Review all reports submitted by users on the website platform.

·       Conduct comprehensive investigations into reported violations, collecting evidence in accordance with our terms of use, and documenting findings accurately and promptly.

·       Issue warnings or delete accounts for users who breach the terms of use.

·       Address user inquiries related to abuse complaints or incidents on the website.

·       Monitor user interactions to ensure adherence to the terms of use and guidelines of the website.

·       Ensure timely and appropriate responses to reports submitted warranting replies.

·       Fresh Graduates in any course/SHS Graduate/undergraduate studies for two years.

·       Computer literate and can work with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

·       Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules (day, mid, and night) i.e. 8am to 5pm, 8pm to 5am, 9pm to 6am, 1am to 10am, 6am to 3pm, 2pm to 11pm.

·       Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
