Key Responsibilities
- Upload, edit, and publish content via CMS tools
- Optimize pages for SEO and accessibility standards
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of materials
- Handle daily support requests through Asana or similar tools
- Partner with QA and web teams for testing and improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of CMS experience (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of web standards, SEO, and accessibility
- Skilled in time management and organization
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Familiarity with digital assets (images, infographics, videos)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
