Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for TikTok and Instagram
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content, and platform best practices
• Write captions, hashtags, and content ideas aligned with brand tone and campaigns
• Coordinate with hosts, creators, and internal teams to execute content plans
• Monitor content performance (views, reach, engagement) and optimize accordingly
• Ensure all content follows platform guidelines and brand standards
• Support campaign launches, promotions, and sales periods with timely content

Job Requirements:

• Experience managing TikTok and Instagram content
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends and audience engagement
• Basic video editing and caption writing skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and trend-sensitive
• Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in beauty/e-commerce / livestream content is an advantage
• Able to commence work on short notice is an advantage
