Content Creator

Job Summary:

The Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging, trend-led, and sales-driven content for our baby care brand (MGB) and kidswear fashion brand (MGO). This role focuses on creating short-form and long-form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms, with the goal of boosting product visibility, educating customers, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

● Produce lifestyle and product-focused videos such as tutorials, demos, parenting hacks, and sales-driven content.

● Communicate product features and benefits through strong storytelling tailored to parents.

● Stay updated with social media and TikTok trends and creatively apply them to baby care narratives.

● Write clear, relatable, and attention-grabbing hooks.

● Edit high-quality videos using CapCut or Premiere Pro.

● Create educational and trust-building content that drives both engagement and purchases.

● Refine content based on team feedback.

● Conceptualize ideas from end to end — from brainstorming, scripting, and shot planning to filming and editing

● Work hand in hand with the marketing team to align themes, campaigns, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience creating, filming, and editing social media video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Capcut, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera equipment (DSLR or smartphone).
• Experience producing content for brands or businesses.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Ability to independently manage the full video production process from concept to delivery.
• Strong creative vision and understanding of short-form video storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for engagement.
• Understanding of platform-specific video optimization techniques.
• Willingness to work onsite Monday to Friday in Cubao, Quezon City
