- Follow proven formats:
- Problem → solution
- Before/after
- POV / relatable hooks
- Demo / unboxing
- Test different hooks aggressively
- Work with Ads Specialist (what creatives to scale)
KPIs
- Videos produced per day
- Hook rate (first 3 seconds retention)
- Videos that convert to sales
Requirements
- Comfortable on camera OR directing scenes
- Understands TikTok trends
- Fast execution (speed > perfection)
