Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging Facebook Reels on a daily/weekly basis that align with HONOR’s brand identity.

Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and leveraging viral trends, audio tracks, memes, and challenges on Facebook and Instagram.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Trade Marketing, PR, and Product teams to align content with upcoming device launches, campaigns, and retail promotions.

Community Engagement: Craft compelling captions, optimize hashtags, and spark conversations in the comments section to drive organic reach and engagement.

Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of published Reels, analyze metrics (views, shares, retention rates), and adjust content strategies to maximize impact.

• Talent & Prop Management: Occasionally source or act as on-camera talent and manage the logistical needs for quick, on-the-fly shoots.

Job Requirements:

• College graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful short-form video content (specifically Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, or TikTok).
• High proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• A keen eye for framing, lighting, and pacing to keep viewers hooked within the first 3 seconds.
• Strong understanding of Facebook’s algorithm, content policies, and best practices for maximum visibility.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver creative outputs with quick turnaround times.
• Passion for technology, smartphones, and consumer electronics is a massive plus.
