- Job Overview:
- We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation. You will manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and produce high-quality videos to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, edit, and publish engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Edit long-form content, including interviews, podcasts, webinars, and other video content for multiple platforms.
- Plan and schedule content to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional content.
- Optimize content for different social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and video editing techniques.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Video Editor.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills to produce engaging content.
- Strong copywriting and content writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience in video production, motion graphics, and animation.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.
