  • We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation. You will manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and produce high-quality videos to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Edit long-form content, including interviews, podcasts, webinars, and other video content for multiple platforms.
  • Plan and schedule content to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and reach.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional content.
  • Optimize content for different social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and video editing techniques.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Video Editor.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Excellent storytelling and creative skills to produce engaging content.
  • Strong copywriting and content writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Experience in video production, motion graphics, and animation.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.
