- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and target audiences.
- Develop content that educates, engages, and builds community among pet owners.
- Track engagement metrics and continuously improve content based on performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to keep the company's content fresh.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content to various platforms (social media, blogs, websites).
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or Canva).
- Proven track record of creating engaging content for diverse digital platforms.
- Portfolio showcasing high-quality photography, videography, and written content.
- Strong eye for detail in visual content, ensuring it aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Ability to craft pet-friendly, relatable, and educational narratives that resonate with pet owners and enthusiasts.
- Proficiency in leveraging trends like reels, stories, and viral formats to maximize engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with marketing, design, and other internal teams.
- Ability to incorporate feedback to refine and enhance content.
- Knowledge of pet-related trends, consumer preferences, and competitor content strategies is a plus.
- Creative mindset to develop fresh ideas and content that strengthens brand identity.
- Passion for pets and their well-being, with the ability to translate this into authentic, engaging content.
- Experience working directly with animals for content creation is a plus (e.g., pet photoshoots or video recordings).
