Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content across the company’s social media platforms to promote its brand, services, projects, and culture
• Capture photos and videos from project sites, events, and company activities
• Manage social media accounts and actively engage with followers and online communities
• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Document project progress and maintain organized content files
• Monitor social media performance and prepare analytics reports with recommendations for improvement
• Assist in creating marketing and promotional materials as needed

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage
• Skilled in social media platforms and basic photo/video editing
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial industries is a plus
• Willing to visit project sites for content creation and documentation
