Multimedia Specialist / Content Creator responsible for producing creative content across all business units and to ensure consistent brand representation and drive

engagement across digital and on-ground platforms.

Content Creation

• Develop high-quality multimedia content: photos, videos, graphics, and animations

• Create content for social media, websites, e-commerce, ads, and in-store promotions

• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and voice

Social Media & Digital Support

• Collaborate with marketing team on campaign concepts

• Assist in creating engaging social media posts, reels, and ads

• Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, website)

On-Ground & Event Coverage

• Capture photos/videos of events, product launches, and in-store activations

• Edit and produce highlight reels for campaigns and promotional use

Content Planning & Coordination

• Maintain a content calendar for all business units

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Brand Officers to meet campaign goals

• Suggest creative concepts and storytelling strategies

Reporting & Performance

• Track content performance and engagement metrics

• Recommend improvements based on analytics

• Ensure timely delivery of all multimedia assets

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in multimedia or content creation

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or equivalent

• Photography and videography skills

• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
