Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters, masons, welders, and other skilled workers
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
- Perform site cleaning, clearing, and preparation works
- Digging, backfilling, and simple earthworks as required
- Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area
- Comply with DOLE OSH Standards and use PPE at all times
Qualifications:
- At least elementary or high school level
- No specific experience required, but construction experience is an advantage
Skills:
- Physically fit and hardworking
- Ability to follow instructions
- Basic awareness of construction safety
- Teamwork and reliability
