- Operate and maintain Pumpcrete machinery for concrete placement.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and site supervisors.
- Adapt to varying site conditions and project requirements.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Pumpcrete operator is required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating pumpcrete machinery, with NCII certification preferred; must possess strong technical knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate and maintain pumpcrete equipment, ensuring safety protocols and efficient operation during concrete pouring.
- Working Conditions: Position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions; must be physically fit.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
