Construction Scheduler

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering

Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in planning and/or scheduling, specifically:

• Has familiarity with scheduling management systems (Primavera and/or MS Project)
• Can prepare project master schedules in conjunction with Project Officer's input/requirements including catch-up schedules
• Can prepare reports regarding work slippage, early work, and provide its cost and schedule impact on the project
• Can participate in the preparation of project dashboards in coordination with Project Officers
• Can prepare weekly/monthly project progress percentage accomplishments and identify delays/slippage and its impact to the project budgetary plan

Responsibilities:

• Organizes, implements, and maintains scheduling management systems supporting identified projects and plans
• Assist to set up tasks and sub-tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled
• Log project timelines and maintain database of tasks and their status
• Log all new information into the database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes
• Interact with customers and project staff to schedule work times and coordinate requirements
• Design and develop project schedules
• Interact with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from the original plan
• Evaluate project schedule progress and performance to identify developing problem areas
