Requirements:

• 40 hours training on COSH / BOSH

• Minimum of 1 year construction safety experience

• Strong interest in and willingness to learn and develop skills in safety management.

Responsibilities:

• Submit and fill-up Daily/Weekly/Monthly Safety reports and permits.

• Attend site Operations / Safety meetings

• Conduct Team Safety Talk & Safety Inductions to new operators at site

• Lead safety engagement initiatives such as Safety Alerts, Life-Saving Rules briefings, and toolbox talks

• Collect, analyze, and manage monthly / yearly safety data and reporting, including Training Matrix, training hours, and file management.

• Act as a point person on-site. To attend daily site Operations Meeting and preparing internal documents (Productivity and DTR).

• Serves as the appointed Competent Person on site.

• It is not possible to enumerate all duties, but your scope covers all Safety, Health and Environment related responsibilities.
