• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for construction personnel.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Assist in the development of Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) for various site activities.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and compliance data.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Related certifications in safety preferred.
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in construction safety or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols; familiarity with Job Hazard Analyses (JHA).
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to effectively enforce safety policies and procedures on site.
• Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in outdoor environments and at construction sites, often in varying weather conditions.
