JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• On-Site Safety Supervision: Take full responsibility for safety oversight specifically during auger pile (spiral pile) construction activities.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction methods and activities strictly adhere to site regulations and established safety rules.

• Hazard Monitoring: Proactively monitor site operations to identify, report, and mitigate any safety risks or procedural violations.

• Environmental Safety: Assist in maintaining an organized and secure working environment to protect all site personnel and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Previous professional experience in construction site safety is highly preferred.

• Attributes: must be proactive, responsible, and capable of collaborating effectively with the construction team.

• Capability: Fully able to work on-site and strictly follow rigorous project safety management requirements.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Monthly Salary: ₱20,000 PHP

• Living Allowance: ₱150 per day

• Overtime Pay: All work performed beyond the standard 8 hours is paid as overtime

• Working Schedule: 26 days per month | 8 hours per day.

• Benefits: Accommodation is PROVIDED by the company.

• Rest Days: Fixed Sunday off. (Sunday work, if required, is paid as overtime)
