- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
- Implement safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and provide safety training.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for staff.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and recommendations.
- Promote a culture of safety among all construction personnel.
- Maintain documentation related to safety protocols and practices.
- Collaborate with project managers to enhance safety measures.
- Educational Qualifications: At least High School Graduate
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in construction safety management. (As Safety Officer)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, team player, and ability to uphold quality standards, knowledgeable in Safety Standards.
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork in various weather conditions, adherence to safety regulations is essential.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, proactive problem-solver.
