Description
- Conduct regular safety inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures tailored to specific project needs.
- Provide training and resources to workers about safe practices and emergency procedures.
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain records of safety incidents and training sessions to meet regulatory requirements.
