Oversee MEPFS construction activities across multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, and schedules. He/She directs engineering teams, manages subcontractors, oversees system testing/commissioning, and resolves technical issues.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, schedule, and oversee all MEPFS system installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, sanitary) to ensure timely completion.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and local Philippine building codes.
3. Resolve technical issues and coordinate with contractors, architects, and structural engineers for proper system integration.
4. Ensure all systems are installed according to safety standards, quality protocols, and environmental standards.
5. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for project owners and senior management.
6. Supervise on-site engineers, foreman, and subcontractors to ensure productive workflows.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Sanitary) or a related field

2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEPF design and construction, with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and scheduling software, combined with strong project management and communication skills.
