Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and manage construction projects for farm and agricultural facilities.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, manpower, and material usage.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Manage procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Ensure quality control and proper implementation of construction standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• A licensed civil engineer is an advantage.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in agricultural, industrial, or farm-related projects.
• Knowledgeable in project planning, cost estimation, and construction management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Willing to be assigned and work in a remote area in Pagbilao, Quezon.
