- Experience Level: Over 10 years of comprehensive experience in construction management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing construction projects, coordinating between contractors and clients, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Often on-site in various environments, requiring adaptability to weather and project needs.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
