Description

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Prepare and review technical documents and reports related to site development.

Requirements

• Candidates must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Must have at least six (6) years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in actual field operations, including both vertical and horizontal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Administration, Project Implementation, and Quality Control procedures.
• Familiarity with Project Planning, Monitoring, and Control processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCAD.
• Professional Civil Engineer (PRC Licensed) is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Amenable to work anywhere in Luzon.
