Company Profile: A construction company specializing in engineering, installation, and construction services for building systems, including electrical, mechanical, electronic, and communication infrastructures.


Position: Construction Manager

Industry: Construction Company

Location: Makati City

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary: Php 80,000 – Php 120,000 (Gross)

Work Setup: Onsite


Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)

Must be a Registered Professional (Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred)

At least 10 years of experience in construction management, including 5 years in a managerial or leadership role

Proven experience managing large-scale projects (commercial, industrial/manufacturing, and infrastructure)

Willing to work onsite in Makati City


Job Responsibilities:

Set and execute strategic objectives aligned with the company’s goals

Review and approve project timelines, manpower planning, and resource allocation

Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials

Conduct audits, inspections, and performance reviews to maintain quality standards

Handle contract negotiations, variations, and claims with clients and subcontractors
