Job Description

• Controls and directs the function of all Electrical Staff and assumes full responsibility for the division.
• Prepares project financial study, project proposal, and weekly progress report for projects.
• Ensures preparation of bid proposals, directs prompt completion of drawings, and satisfies client requirements.
• Represent SPI in meetings with clients.
• Approves proposal and profit plans before presenting to the Department Head / President.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Deputy Manager & Department Manager.
• Secure company documents at all times.
• Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods, and procedures.
• Implement the ISO 9001 Standard.
• Abides by the company rules and regulations.
• Design electrical systems for major or minor projects. Secure a quotation from local and foreign suppliers.
• Secure a quotation, negotiate the best price from a local/foreign supplier, and prepare a budget for the project.
• Prepare specification, permit drawing specification, profit plan, and coordinate with the client.
• Maintain and update electronic and manual records of the company.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of the Electrical Engineering Course
• Must be a Professional Electrical Engineer
• At least 10 years of work experience
• Can communicate well in English and Tagalog
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Understand the latest CAD program
• Must be able to work under pressure, particularly when faced with a tight deadline
• Must be able to work normal hours, but also be willing to work overtime when necessary
• Analytical and computer-literate

Interview Process

• Online or Makati office interview (interviewer is based in Makati office)
• 2–3 interview sessions at the Makati office
