Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute construction strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals.

Project Oversight: Lead multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Financial Management: Manage project budgets, cost controls, financial forecasting, and cost-saving measures to meet net income goals.

Contracting & Procurement: Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and the bidding process (including Design-Build proposals).

Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to building codes and safety standards

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational, legal, and safety risks.

Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and develop project managers, engineers, and construction teams.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a key technical advisor to executive leadership (President/CEO) and build relationships with clients and contractors.
