• Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Attend meeting with the client, coordinate with Engineers, and Person In Charge, Supplier to ensure target completion is met
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve unforeseen issues and implement solutions.
• Lead and mentor project teams.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience Level: Minimum of 10 years in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in construction software.
• Working Conditions: Primarily field-based, requires site visits and some office work.
• Location: Office is based in Las Pinas City; Projects are in NCR, Laguna, Batangas, Cavite and Baguio.
