Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Project Manager based in Caloocan City, with flexibility for some remote work.

The Construction Project Manager will oversee all stages of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction activities to ensure timely and on-budget completion. 

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, managing budgets, supervising construction progress, ensuring safety compliance, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success.

 Qualifications

Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and Project Management

Proven skills in Project Coordination and Construction Management

Experience in Budgeting and cost control for construction projects

Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a hybrid working environment

Proficient understanding of safety regulations and construction standards

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred

Professional certifications in project or construction management are an advantage
