- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various computer systems and POS hardware and software..
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Job Title: Computer/POS Repair Technician - ONSITE
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in computer repair and troubleshooting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer hardware and peripherals, exceptional troubleshooting, and customer service skills. Experience in the POS industry is a plus!
- Responsibilities and Duties: Diagnose and repair computer issues, provide technical support to customers, and maintain accurate records of repairs.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a workshop setting with some customer interaction.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, patient, and excellent communication abilities.
