a) Permitting Support

a. Assist in the preparation, filing, and monitoring of project permits and approvals with relevant government agencies.

b. Support applications and compliance matters involving agencies such as DOE, DENR, LGUs, DAR, NCIP, NGCP/ERC, and other relevant offices, depending on the project requirements.

b) Government and LGU Coordination

a. Coordinate with national government agencies, local government units, barangays, and other stakeholders.

b. Track submission requirements, timelines, follow-ups, and action items for each project.

c) Regulatory and Compliance Monitoring

a. Maintain a permitting tracker for each project.

b. Ensure that permits, endorsements, clearances, and compliance documents are properly filed, updated, and monitored.

c. Help identify pending requirements, potential delays, and compliance risks.

d) Documentation and Reporting

a. Organize project records, permits, letters, resolutions, endorsements, and supporting documents.

b. Prepare internal status reports and updates for management and the project development team.

e) Project Development Support

a. Work closely with the land acquisition, technical, legal, and commercial teams to ensure that permitting requirements are aligned with overall project development milestones.
