Job Description

The Pricing Officer plays a critical function in monitoring Fuel/LPG Price Movements, Cost Structures, and Competitor Pricing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily and weekly movements in fuel and LPG Market Prices
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategies based on cost, demand, and competitor activity
  • Compute product pricing, margins, and profitability analysis
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing across all branches, dealers, and distribution channels
  • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Operations for pricing implementation
  • Maintain pricing models and update cost structures (logistics, storage, taxes, etc.)
  • Conduct competitor price benchmarking and market intelligence gathering
  • Prepare pricing reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal pricing policies


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Industrial Engineer;
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pricing, Financial Analysis, or Commercial Roles
  • Experience in Fuel, LPG, Oil, or Commodity-based Industries is an Advantage
  • Strong Analytical and Numerical Skills
  • With I. Technical Background
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, modeling, data analysis)
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
