  • Monitor compliance obligations for the company, including registrations, filings, and annual reporting.
  • Track regulatory updates from government agencies and ensure timely implementation.
  • Assist with privacy and data protection compliance.
  • Prepare reports on administrative, civil, criminal, and labor cases.
  • Draft correspondence, demand letters, and compliance-related communications.
  • Maintain centralized compliance records and databases.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure compliance submissions are accurate and timely.
  • Liaise with external counsel, government entities and stakeholders for company cases and regulatory matters.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, paralegal studies, political science, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in roles such as legal secretary, assistant, or associate.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and corporate compliance.
  • Strong research skills, proficiency in legal databases, excellent communication, and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
