Job Summary:

The Store Operations Compliance Officer is responsible for safeguarding company assets by ensuring strict compliance with approved process, procedures, and system controls across all retail operations. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, sales execution, system integrity (Odoo v16), documentation and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance with approved SOPs for sales, inventory, cash handling, and stock movement.
• Conduct regular compliance checks on store operations.
• Conduct cycle counts, spot checks, and full inventory audits.
• Reconcile physical inventory vs Odoo v16 system records.
• Review POS transaction for errors, overrides, voids, discounts and refunds.
• Ensure proper use of Odoo v16 across sales, inventory and reporting modules.
• Conduct investigations on theft, fraud, process abuse, and negligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, Audit, or any related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, retail operations, inventory management, or related functions.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes, SOP implementation, and operational compliance standards.
• Experience in using ERP systems; knowledge of Odoo v16 is an advantage.
• Ability to conduct investigations, audits, and prepare reports.
• Willing to travel and conduct field/store visits when required.
