Description
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Monitor and assess compliance risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Lead training and awareness programs across the organization regarding compliance issues.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance practices are effective.
- Report compliance status to senior management and the board of directors, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in compliance or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Office environment with potential for travel to regulatory meetings and audits.
