The AML Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and policies.
- New Business and Policy Benefits referrals on high-risk clients and Actimize alert results (for consideration: month-end, weekend, and weekly dividend cutoffs)
- Covered Transaction /Suspicious Transaction filing
- CTR/NREC coordination and follow-ups with distributors
- Freeze Order compliance - return, comms, filing
- Comply or Explain Gaps (MTPP revisions)
- User Acceptance Testing of AML MI
- UAT of CTR/STR report format in re: GoTRACS
