Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with government agencies to secure permits, licenses, and clearances
  • Maintain records of all permits, renewals, and submissions
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending applications
  • Prepare and submit applications, reports, and supporting documents
  • Prepare a progress report to identify barriers and other difficulties encountered during the project execution.
  • Advise management on changes in laws or regulations affecting operations


Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree course
  • With at least 2 years of work experience as Permitting and Compliance Officer (Business Permits, Building Permits, BOI Registration, BOC Import Clearance, BIR.
  • Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints. Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Ability to organize, manage time effectively, evaluate alternative properties and courses of action and decide appropriate action in complex situations with multiple variables, and meet deadlines.
