- Monitor and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance issues.
- Investigate and report compliance breaches.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and collaboration skills; legal knowledge; adaptability; critical thinking; effective team management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, manage audits, and develop compliance programs.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional travel for meetings and audits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong moral compass, excellent communicator.
