Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field.

Proven experience in compliance, preferably in sales or licensing.

Strong knowledge of licensing laws and regulatory requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to conduct audits and prepare detailed reports.

Proficiency with compliance management software.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong ethical standards and integrity.


Responsibilities:

Monitor sales activities to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.

Conduct regular audits of sales processes and documentation.

Develop and deliver training programs on compliance requirements for sales staff.

Collaborate with sales and legal teams to update compliance policies.

Identify and assess potential compliance risks in sales operations.

Liaise with regulatory authorities regarding licensing matters.

Prepare reports on compliance status and audit findings.

Assist in the development of corrective action plans for compliance issues.

Stay updated on changes in licensing laws and regulations.

Support the implementation of compliance software and tools.
