The Compliance Engineer will be responsible for managing and ensuring adherence to the company’s management systems related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 26000, and Zero Carbon Emission initiatives. This role will focus on maintaining compliance with these standards, facilitating audits, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability within the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance management, quality assurance, or environmental management.

• Relevant ISO certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949) is preferred. 

• Strong understanding of ISO standards, corporate social responsibility frameworks, and sustainability practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management software.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Detail oriented and organized.
