Work Schedule: HYBRID SET-UP | MON - FRI

LOCATION: MAKATI

Job Responsibilities

1. Disposes/Clears Actimize alerts based on the training, guidelines and procedures of Compliance Team;

2. Conducts and provides progress monitoring report on Actimize alerts clearance;

3. Escalates SAN alerts and/or any alert that requires immediate attention to Compliance-AML Team members;

4. Assists Compliance-AML Team members in tasks related to Actimize alerts;

5. Assists in the preparation of reports related to Actimize alerts; and

6. Performs other administrative support to Legal & Compliance Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree of any course (preferably, Business Management or Legal Management)

2. With at least 1 year work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

3. Previous work experience in the Legal or Compliance Department is an advantage but not required

4. Previous work experience in the insurance or banking industry is an advantage but not required

5. Flexible and willing to learn
