Job Description
- Receives, records and monitors pleadings or legal communications
- Communicates and coordinates with other staff, employees or department regarding their request or assistance required from the Legal Department
- Coordinates with the Legal Supervisor for instruction on the pleading, communications or legal documents received.
- Prepares initial draft of demand letters, correspondence, contracts and other legal documents
- Coordinates with external counsels as to the deadlines for filling of pleading and actual submission including the annexes
- Preparations and monitoring of Secretary's Certificates and Board Resolutions
- Manages legal matters for the company and coordinate with retained lawyers
- Documentation and Corporate Housekeeping
- Support Cases and Litigation
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a 4 year course related to Political Science/Law
- Knowledgeable in legal and compliance matters
