About the Role

You will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing support across various HR functions including benefits, payroll, recruitment, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Support & Inquiry Handling

• Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries (benefits, payroll, compensation, leave, recruitment)
• Provide accurate responses using knowledge bases and standard procedures

Benefits Administration

• Assist with benefits transactions (enrollment, life events, terminations)
• Support employees during open enrollment periods
• Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams

HR Systems & Case Management

• Guide employees in navigating HRIS and company portals
• Document and track all cases in the HR case management system
• Ensure timely resolution aligned with SLAs

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support

• Assist managers with recruitment processes (job postings, requisitions)
• Support onboarding navigation for new hires

Leave & Compliance Support

• Provide guidance on leave processes (e.g., FMLA, personal leave)

Route complex or policy-related concerns to HR experts or Tier 2 teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, shared services, or high-volume environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HR systems or case management tools is an advantage
