Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end payroll process, from gathering and validating attendance and payroll inputs to final payroll processing and release.
• Process both manual and system-generated payroll, including basic salary, overtime, undertime, absences, tardiness, holiday pay, night differential, allowances, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Maintain and update employee payroll and compensation records.
• Process government-mandated benefits and deductions, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Prepare and process payroll-related government contributions and reports through eGov or applicable government online platforms.
• Prepare and process payroll through BisLink or similar payroll systems.
• Coordinate with BPI or other banking platforms for payroll crediting and related payroll transactions.
• Prepare and ensure accurate filing of BIR Form 2316 for employees.
• Prepare and process BIR Form 1601-C/1601-C1 and other applicable payroll-related tax reports.
• Assist in annualization and reconciliation of employee compensation and withholding taxes.
• Monitor payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee compensation and payroll information.
• Ensure payroll and benefits processing complies with company policies and applicable government regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports and other C&B-related reports as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 1–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, particularly payroll processing.
• Must have experience handling end-to-end payroll processing.
• Knowledge of both manual and system payroll processing.
• Experience using BisLink or similar payroll systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with eGov/government online portals and BPI payroll/banking processes is an advantage.
• Must be knowledgeable in preparing BIR Form 2316 and 1601-C/1601-C1.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, payroll taxes, and government-mandated contributions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Organized, responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential employee information.
• Willing to work onsite and meet payroll deadlines.
