Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree holder
• With at least 1-3 years’ experience in HR Payroll
• Amenable to work onsite in Zambales
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and all applicable deductions.
• Maintain and update employee information in the payroll system, including personal details, salary changes, leave records, and deductions.
• Review, validate, and monitor employee timecards or attendance data to ensure precise payroll calculations.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries related to pay discrepancies, deductions, benefits, and other payroll concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll data and full compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Manage and utilize HR and payroll systems effectively, maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary updates.
