JOB DESCRIPTION

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will administer compensation, statutory benefits, and company benefit programs accurately. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process employee enrolment, updates, claims, and benefit inquiries.

• Maintain salary, allowance, insurance, and statutory benefit records.

• Coordinate with providers and government agencies.

• Prepare compensation and benefits reports and reconciliations.

• Support salary review, benchmarking, and policy implementation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• 2–3 years of compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR experience preferred.

• Experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR administration.

• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Philippine benefit practices.

• Strong numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and vendor coordination.

• Proficient in Excel and HR systems.
