Job Summary

The HR Compensation and Benefits is responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and employee satisfaction. This role supports payroll-related activities, benefits administration, salary benchmarking, and the development of compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including government-mandated and company-sponsored benefits

• Process and monitor employee enrollments, updates, and claims for benefits

• Conduct salary and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages

• Assist in developing and reviewing salary structures, incentives, allowances, and reward programs

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies

• Coordinate with payroll, finance, and external benefit providers regarding compensation and benefits concerns

• Prepare reports and analyze compensation and benefits data to support management decisions

• Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and leave entitlements

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to compensation and benefits

• Support annual salary reviews, performance-based incentives, and employee recognition programs
