1. Provides centralized HR services on government mandated benefits such as SSS, EC, Philhealth, and PagIBIG.
2. Ensures timely facilitation and processing of employee's application for government loans and all other government-mandated benefits.
3. Coordinates with payroll on remittances/reimbursements from different government offices.
4. Establish standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of HR programs relating to government-mandated benefits and local benefits programs.
5. Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payments.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or similar field.
2. Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in compensation and benefits.
3. Knowledgeable in compliance with different government offices.
4. Can administer payroll and benefits.
5. With high degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
